Hello everyone!

So today is just another little outfit post of the outfit I wore to my birthday meal!. I tried to keep it casual with jeggings and a crop top but formal enough (By adding gold jewellery) for a special meal out!. I actually went to Frankie and Bennys for my meal as they do 20% student discount and it is delicious there! (The mango sorbet is my all time fave).

The summer combo:Denim Jacket+crop top

Now although I like to experiment with my outfits a lot I always seem to crawl back to this look,Behold the denim Jacket and crop top!.I'm pretty sure its because its such a casual and comfortable look which can easily be dressed up with a pair of statement shoes (like my boots below) or a large necklace.The denim jacket is oversized to make it comfier and is from New Look and the crop top is from internacionale.

To make my simple outfit look a little more effective and sophisticated I teamed it with a pair of black heeled and laced up boots from New Look.

Now I just had to do an outfit of the day post with this jacket because ever since I ordered it I have been absolutely in love with it.I love how you can just wear it with such a basic outfit like leggings and a top but still make a statement.

Vodafone London Fashion Weekend

Now recently me and my sister decided to spend a day in London.During this day we decided to pop to the London fashion weekend sponsored by Vodafone at Somerset house.We had silver tickets meaning we sat in the 2nd row for the catwalk (very close with a  clear view) and also got a tote bag full of free goods especially for silver ticket holders (which I shall do a post on).

The fashion show itself was a very enjoyable experience as we got to see 4 different fashion trends which were precious metals (metallic materials) flower power (floral patterns) Lace embrace (lace material and finally good sport (fitness clothing mixed with formal wear).I really enjoyed the show as we got to see lots of different looks to inspire.All of the clothing from the fashion show was from theoutnet.com which is an online fashion website which sells designer clothes at discounted rates.During the show the host said that many celebrities including Victoria Beckham love to shop on the outnet.As soon as I got Home I had a look at the website and they sell lots of lovely designer pieces from various designers including Alexander mqueen.The best way I can describe the website is "like an expensive t.k.maxx with famous designers".My favourite trend of the show was Flower power as I love wearing floral patterns and they showed how to pull of wearing multiple floral patterns without having an outfit that clashed or was uneasy on the eyes.

The models were actually all so beautiful and looked lovely in every outfit. I bet it's difficult being a model knowing you are going to be judged on your looks and the way you act so I will praise them very highly.

A Photograph of Julien MacDonald's display outside the fashion show. I absolutely love his gold dresses to pieces! even more so once I realised that the gold dress on the left is a dress that Taylor swift wore recently to a red carpet even (not sure which event uh oh) and looked stunning in.

Stock Up for summer

Now I know we have only just properly started wearing and building our wardrobes for winter but before we know it,it will be summer again.Now every year I have the constant panick of ''Oh No I need more summer clothes'' and end up spending far too much money and impulse buying which is such a waste (although quite fun).So this year I have decided to have a new summer tactic and am starting to search through the jaruary sales for summer clothes and have been quite surprised by the little jems I have been able to find,So much so that I have decided to share them with you.

I really love this cream lace dress as the summer is all about wearing cream and lace for me.Also you could wear this dress for a formal occasion by wearing it with red heels and a red purse,You could also wear it casually by wearing a denim jacket and brown sandals with it.

This skater skirt is £5 and I love the floral print.The light and floaty material looks perfect for a warm summers day and would look lovely with a plain white cropped T-shirt.

I love this top as the embellished flower pattern looks lovely and adds a vintage look to it.This top would be perfect with a pair of high waisted shorts.

Dark red strappy tiered slip dress from New Look. This dress is £12.99 and seems like a lovely floaty dress to wear during the summer. It would look lovely with brown heels and brown leather clutch at a party or casually with a pair of sandals and a light denim jacket.

I wish I could have included some of the sweet deal items of clothing from misguided as they are so nice and such good value for money (especially the dresses) but the website is currently under repair.

Socks and Sale Shoes

Recently I went to the Januarary sales and picked up these medium brown,brogue style shoes.I found them in new look at a bargain price of £9.00 so what's not to love about them?.They look absolutely perfect with cream and navy/blue items of clothing as I have discovered.

                                            My absolutely favourite thing about these Shoes are the closely detailed pattern which really adds to the vintage style of them.

My favourite thing to wear with these shoes are a pair of cream frilly socks.I bought a cream pair from miss selfridge which are a really lovely colour,material and have a lovely love heart pattern on them.

I just think they look so adorable together Especially when paired with skinny jeans or a dress.
